The objectives of the Ulster Deaf Sports Council are:
- To develop and promote sports among the province's deaf community.
- To be responsible for the organisation of competitions and championships in Ulster.
- To provide opportunities for the province's deaf to take part in open competitions with other deaf persons from outside the province.
